activities, and the State Department practically admits that but they keep
Cuba on the list. It could be that they need the votes of some of the
right-wing Cuban exiled Congress people for issues coming up and don’t want
to take Cuba off the list right now", a former US diplomat and Head of the
US Interests Section in Cuba Dr. Wayne Smith told the Voice of Russia.

This is in itself an act of terrorism against Cuba.

False: support and shelter to ETA terrorists and the FARC.
ETA terrorists went from Cuba to Colombia - via and with Venezuela - to
train FARC in bomb making.
(Just one example)
